Refund Policy
At Mithila Wala, we take great care in delivering fresh and authentic products. Refunds or replacements are considered only if the customer receives a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product. Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery.

If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, shipping charges (if any), and other non-refundable processing costs. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
