How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Customers in metro cities typically receive their orders within 3–5 days, while deliveries to non-metro and remote areas may take 5–10 business days.

Do you ship outside India?

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹200 per order is applicable.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your shipment tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order until it is delivered to your doorstep.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected locations and eligible orders. COD availability and order limits will be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Cancellation

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
